Cancellation Policy
Should you (the client) choose to cancel a booking, Sa Ba Street Food Tours must be notified by email 48 hours before the tour departure date to receive the 100% refund.

No refund will be made should you voluntarily choose to leave a tour while it is ongoing.

Tours will depart on the agreed departure time and customers who arrive late and miss the connection with our guides will not be refunded. If given sufficient notice we will try our best to hang-on but given the nature of group tours we cannot expect other guests in our group to wait.

Cancellation by Sa Ba Street Food Tours

In the event that Sa Ba Street Food Tours cancel a trip, notification will be given no less than 24 hours before the departure date of the trip. Sa Ba Street Food Tours will return all money paid for the tour cost. Sa Ba Street Food Tours are not liable for any other money paid, including flight ticket purchases. Please note this excludes cancellations due to conditions outside Sa Ba Street Food Tours control such as war, natural disaster, political instability, acts of god etc. In such an event no money will be returned by Sa Ba Street Food Tours and you will need to make a claim on your travel insurance.

Itineraries
Sa Ba Street Food Tours reserves the right to change advertised itineraries before or during a tour in the interests of safety resulting from war, disease, natural disaster, safety, or changed local conditions (e.g. road closures or closure of food suppliers and vendors). The tour leader or guide during a tour has the right to make any necessary changes to the itinerary for the reasons listed.

Insurance
It is a condition of participating in a Sa Ba Street Food Tours, that each traveller holds travel insurance for the duration of the tour. Insurance must include comprehensive medical and emergency evacuation.

Personal Responsibility
Sa Ba Street Food Tours and their guides, leaders, and support staff do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, fatality, delay or inconvenience experienced from time of departure to time of return arising out of any such tour organized by Sa Ba Street Food Tours.
